if we used plate SA240 UNS32750 & 9.53 mm for making the fabricated pipe 18 inch by GTAW /SMAW process what is reuirement is mandatory as per SEC VIII DIV 1.

1) what is requiremnt after forming pipe from plate means fiber elongation & post weld heat treatment as per UHA
2) what is requiremnt related IMAPACT as per UHA.
Any other specific requiremnt
