IFR Lower profile installation. 1

Hi all.
While installing lower profiles in an AIFR of ateco's, the beam length is getting shorter on both ends of the beams. we have made cut 300 mm of makeup profile rim section. what might be the reason for this? how to rectify it? From 0deg, we have taken 715mm on one side since the lower profile's centre to centre distance is 1430. Pls give your ideas. Thanks in advance.

Surely the manufacturer is better able to help than random internet people? Or are they not helping? I'd start by confirming the tank ID using tape measure, get a diameter and circumference, then compare this to what you get by calculating an ID from the the strapping chart at a few intervals. Then confirm the lengths of the parts in question, including gaps at the splices.
