IGCC for the Refinery

Hi,

We are planning to construct a 250,000 BPSD refinery. For power/steam supply we are also planning to install IGCC as an integrated facilities with the refinery.

Anyone got previous experiences on IGCC within a refinery. We anticipate a 200MW IGCC.

Do you need a list of EPCM companies to build the IGCC for you or you just want to find out if there is anyone with experience with such plant. I can assure you, there are people experienced in designing that plant (200MW IGCC!!), other building it and other operating it. Which group of people is subject of your interest?

Actually I need both i.e. list of contractors (EPCM or EPCC) who got experinece in designing & constructing IGCC and also IGCC operators.
