IGES TO DXF

Is there any freeware with no limitations on the NET that can convert an IGES file to either DXF/PRO E 2D/JPEG? I need one urgently!!!

Unfortunately, it doesn't open IGES files, but give A9CAD a look, its a freeware 2D drafting application.

You can do this w/ Pro. Import your 2-D iges into a drawing then save as a dxf.

I know I can do it in PROE, but I was hoping that there was some freeware that would allow me to import an IGES and convert it without opening PROE.
