ignore collisions in a simulation

Is there a way to ignore collisions in a simulation? I want to see the movement in an assembly that have a lot of interfering parts (it was imported from other CAD, and it is so hard to try to fix it). I only need to see the motion along the full path and the simulation always stop at the first collision...
