Image file format conversion.

Hi all

I am facing a problem in a file conversion.
I need to convert tiff files to pgm files for 32 bit images .
This is a major issue for me .
One more problem is also there to promote 1bit tiff files
to 8 bit tiff files.

My need :

01. Is it possible to get a free dll for that.? if so please let
me the link.

02. If not, please update me from where i can get the idea for
conversion.

03. Please update me with both file formats also.

It is very urgent for me.
