Hey guys, I've been reading and watching lots of materials lately about design and design implementation techniques but I couldn't find something to clear me up till now.
Since there are lot's of dedicated software out there, each one doing it's job pretty well and since Catia seams to "have it all" my questions are:
1. Witch are the steps one should take when designing a product, starting from the sketch/drawing to machinable class A surfaces and latter to actual product design/validation/mass production?
2. My core dilemma here is ease of use. Are this steps possible using only Catia or it's better to use of each step it's own dedicated software?
3. If Catia is the answer, then what's the shortest way to obtain from Imagine and Shape class A or machinable surfaces.
Thanks in advance for enlightening me with this issue.
