Impact test for LTCS

Dear ALL,
my product is A420 WPL6-welded pipe fitting.for the same,i have used A516 Grade 70 plate as raw material.now which would be the best heat treatment cycle to achieve impact properties(Weld,Parent and HAZ) at -45°C.

It will depend on thickness and deposited weld metal chemistry.
