Impact test requirement for SS 304L ( -196°C)

Dear sir,

I have one of the equipment with -196°C and colder temp. (MDMT)with metallurgy of SS304L.

Pls let me know whether Impact test is required at -196°C, If yes then what will be acceptance criteria for test result.
Furthermore confirm whether Lateral expansion is to be tested.
