Impact test temperature for SS 316L pipe?

Hi, currently i am working with a vessel having impact requirement. Can anyone suggest me how to find the impact test temperature during procure the pipe. Becoz vendor is asking about impact test temperature. actually for SS material impact limitation is -196 C as per UHA-51. whether it is same for testing time as well. please, let me know your comments.

Impact testing requirements for design and welding are in the applicable construction code, like ASME B&PV Code, Section VIII, Div 1. In some cases only the weld metal must be tested for austenitic base materials joined by welding based on the code of construction impact requirements. For material procurement, the material specification is referenced in the applicable construction code.
