impact test welding procedure

my understanding if i do have impact test procedure i can also used same procedure for without impact test requirement.
please advice.

Assuming you are following ASME B&PV Code, Section IX, you can qualify an existing WPS with no impact for impact by using the WPS to generate a weld coupon and conduct impact testing only.
 
Yes, impact tested procedure can be used on a joint which does not need impacts.
 
Typically yes, but I believe it is possible to pick up some combinations under QW-403.5 that would not otherwise be permitted by QW-424 for a non-impact tested application.
