stress ratio defined in Fig. 323.2.2B does not exceed 0.3.

Explain Above plz , when using material A350 LF2 cl1 and min temp is -46C not required impact testing at any thk?
Material is belong to curve D?

The note don't consider wall thickness. But be careful when you calculate the stress ratio. You might need to do a stress analysis to calculate the combined stress (Note a(3) on Fig 323.2.2B).

The note applies first if the material will be used between -104°C and -29°C.
Is it your case?
You only mentioned the min design temp. What is the max design temp?

The minimum temp must be between -104C and -29C, not the min and max temp be between these values.
