I am interested in an implantable wire for ECG signal transmission. Does any one know who makes such devices/components. The require wire diameter is approximately 0.1-0.2 mm.

Your best bet is MP35N DFT (28-45% Ag) wire if you want to avoid 304 stainless. If the wire will be exposed to tissue I would recommend Platinum-clad Tantalum. If the wire will be subject to flexing, then you might consider Nitinol. The resistance may be important if you are operating a battery-powered device; in that case MP35N DFT will provide the lowest resistance.

I think that the NiTi elastic wire maybe usable, and I can provide this alloy wire for you.

Share the newest technology with anyone for memory alloy materials and its applications.
