Hello Everybody,
I want to implement a Vacuum Suction load in my simulation based on a real industrial process as the below steps:
1- A vacuum based suction tool come into the contact to a thin plate (in centre line)
2- The left and right edges are this plate are fixed.
2- Vacuum toll pushes down the plate till Uy = -5
3- Then, pulls it back till Uy = +5
4- During all these steps, the suction tool always keeps its contact to the plate itself. , No Separation.
My problem is how to implement this kind of loading into Abaqus since the contact is not lost between suction tool and plate.
Any help or issues would be really appreciated.
