Implementation of logic

Given two sensor channels, A and B. How does one diagrammatically depict 1 out of 2 logic such that you get 2 trip circuit outputs? Is this called "1 out of 2 taken twice" logic?

If I understand the question, series the contacts in ladder logic or use and gate in Boolean. The output from the two series contacts drop two relays, coils or digital outputs for the output circuits.
