Import and export between a databases is not working in Teamcenter

Import and export between a databases is not working in Teamcenter 2005, when i transfer im getting error msg like"unable to change on protection on file" and it's continues with server path. its happening only with win 7 configurred system. some collegue has win XP m/c's they can be do the import and export operations between db's. onemore info my win7 pc also has TC8.3 and NX7.5. but XP m/c doesnt have TC8.3 and 7.5 for nX

Anyone please suggest me a solution.
