Import Assembly Best Practice

I am looking into the Best Practice for Importing native NX assemblies into Teamcenter, and would like to get a copy of the pdf document stated in this post which doesn't appaer to be on GTAC;

If anyone has a copy or any other suggestions then I will be only to happy to discuss or receive them.

We are using NX Manager currently to import from various suppliers but this is not automated.
