import NX8 file in hypermesh-help

I have problem with import NX8 geometry into hypermesh. I received message: UG shared library not loaded. What is wrong?
I have installed hyperworks v11 64bit and NX8 64 bit.
Other files (catia v5) are loaded correctly.
Thank you for advice.
