Import STEP give Unhandled UG exception caught... But it works outside NX

Hi,

My customer have the following error when importing STEP with any step file

"Unhandled UG exception caught.
With the following message <Internal error: memory access violation>.
Please refer to syslog for more info."

But the translator works well outside NX

I found many previous thread but not correct answer for my case
