Importing an assembly, Fixed constraint as default

I thought I had Solidworks configured, once upon a time, so that when I import an assembly(iges/step/parasolid), it would put a fix constraint on all the sub assemblies & parts. I cant seem to find how to do that anymore. Do I have a fake memory of this?

When a component of an assembly is itself a sub-assembly, you can set it to solve as Rigid or Flexible in the Component Properties dialog box. I'm not aware of a way to pre-set that setting as a default one way or the other.
