Hello,
I have attempted to import an IGES (assembly) model into ANSYS 5.7. My assembly consists of 2 components which were originally fixed in relation to each other (and in space). However, when I import this iges file into ANSYS, my two components are no longer aligned correctly since there is a shifting and rotating of one of the components. Could someone supply me with any advice/solutions as how to avoid this? This occurs with both the "Defeature" and "No Defeature" options. Also, the IGES model was originally created in CATIA 5.7 (and I do not have the "connector packs"
Thanks, Gill
