Good Afternoon!
I have a problem with my Abaqus simulation. I have a Solar Panel piece which has a 200x200 Low-Ironed Glass, an Eva Layer, a 156x156 Solar Cell which is in an EVA socket and a Tedlar piece.
Here is two pictures,
one picture of the pieces: Picture 1
and the last one of the Assembly: Assembly
-This parts imported from CATIA.
-I defined LOAD on the Solar Cell top surface. Magnitude 325 in my heating step.
-Materials, steps are ok.
-BCs defined every pieces's sides. Magnitude 293.
-Interractions defined between pieces and properties setted.
My problem is i got an impossible big temperature on the surfaces.
Results: Top (Glass) : Top
Bottom(Tedlar) : Bottom
Maximum temperature is 419, and the minimum is 291, which colder than my BCs.
I guess that I didnt define cooling or something similar, but i dont know how can i solve this problem.
Thank You for your advice!
