In mold film over paint.

Anyone know if anyones using In Mold film over paint for exterior automotive parts ?

Any quality / Process issues or recommendations.

In mould film has a problem.
With paint a manufacturer (or his styling studio) can change a colour spec and you can match it within days.
With film it's about nine months before the film manufacturer can come up with a match, and by that time they have probably changed their mind again - that's the big sticking point!
That's why major manufacturers are hesitant.
