In search of a cooling unit, open to liquid cooling

I'm looking for a cooling unit, portable if possible that can cool around -80 to 90 C. It would be ideal if there are two sources for airflow, one line will be directly connected to the electronics and other will be connected to an enclosure that contains the entire unit. I would need to be able to control flow rate. I was looking at LN2 and helium, any ideas? thanks

for what power? 1 mW, or 1 MW? and do you mean -80 to -90 C?
