I'm rather new to Auto CAD LT. Three questions:
How can architectual - inches - be mace the default setting for units?
When using the design style what is the proceedure for saving changes to the design style so that one does not have to recreate the new style every time it is needed?
Last, coordinates often will be set at 1/16" and when moving the crosshairs thus changing the coordinate reading not every 1/16" will be displayed. Often the one not displayed is the one needed. Is there any method to configure this so each and every 1/16" is read off?
Thanks, Mike.

There is a default AutoCAD templet file (Acad.dwt) which has all settings that are there when you create a new drawing, and accept the default template.

Just open that template file and make all settings you want (even drawing elements like titleblocks) and they will be there for every new drawings.

As for getting the cursor reading to show only 1/16 increments, I think that setting a grid snap to that increment will do what you want. (right click on the "snap" button at the bottom of the screen) But, it won't only force the display to show that increment, but also every place you pick will jump to that increment (unless you are using an object snap that is set to override the grid snap)
