Look for ASTM B408, ASME SB-408 or UNS N08800. The Young's modulus and S Stress values are published with suitable numbers to about 1100 degree F in Various ASME B31.1, B31.3, "Physical and Mechanical Properties". The ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section II Materials, Part D - Properties - S values avalance down from 13000 psi at 1100 deg F to 2000 psi at 1300 deg F. Thus, I would avoid N08800 above 1100 degree F.

See below for specific information on Incoloy 800;

Suggest Incoloy 800 HT pipe/tube under ASME B 407.

Maximum service temperature depends on the application. For example, Section I (boiler application) the maximum service temperature is 1500 deg F, where Section VIII, Div 1 application is 1650 deg F for unfired pressure vessels.

For B31 Pressure Piping (B31.1 - Power Piping) maximum service temperature is 1200 deg F. For B31.3 (Process Piping), the maximum service temperature is 1650 deg F.

Metengr,

The website link you provided has excellent information on it. Do you, or anyone else, know of a website with similar information for ferrous alloys, namely various grades of steel. I have found the following website to be helpful.

Can someone recommend another website? Thank you all!

Do any know the allowable stress for 1500°F to 1650°F for incoloy 800HT
