Does anyone know where I can obtain fracture toughness data for Inconel 718 down to -423 F for the two different applied heat treatments AMS 2774 S1950DP and S1750SDP?

I would try to look at the CINDAS data developed via Wright Patterson AFB. This came in book form and may still be available as such, but it is also in a database. The data is the most comprehensive I've seen for a given alloy. Their link is You may have access in the form of the Aerspace Material Handbook at a local technical library. Good luck!

Have you spoken with Special Metals?
They may have data that isn't in the standard literature.

Wouldn't that temperature be NASA territory? Maybe they have something?

ED, special metals doesn't have AMS 5664 KIC. Aerospace Structural Materials Handbook has AMS 5662 KIC.

SJones, Checked MAPTIS. Nothing.

That is why I said to ask.
I am sure that they have tested all of the HT variations.
