Helo!
I have found the next expression in the matrix which describes the induction generator: R1+L1p+1/Cp
I assume p=d/dt, but how can I add numbers which has no common measuring unit???
R [Ohm], L [Henry], C[Farad]
Please, help me out!

To break it down a little:

The "p" operator has units of sec^-1 (or rad/sec if you prefer). Its value is equal to 2*Pi times the frequency in Hertz.

A henry is equivalent to an ohm-second.

A farad is equivalent to seconds/ohm.

rbulsara's second point should be well considered. It looks like you are dealing with complex impedance terms, where the inductive and capacitive terms must be added vectorially to the resistive term. These units will keep the relative magnitudes of the right-angle vectors correct, though.
