Indentation testing

Hi,

I am running a model (to imitate indentation test) in which I have two parts 1) Deformable part (Considered to be cartilage) and a rigid body. I have given material property to cartilage part using UMAT subroutine. I am giving displacement load of -0.1 to rigid part. I can run the job howeber, I get this error on results section. Kindly help me to rectify this.

I have checked Max Principal stresses output report and getting NaN values? What is going wrong?

It seems to be a problem with UMAT. To make sure, run the analysis without it (use some standard material properties instead) and see if it works properly. Then check the correctness of UMAT, for example with a single element test.

I have tried simple viscoelastic material peoperty for cartilage part but still getting same error. Job runs completely but get NaN values for stresses.
