Does anybody have experience in these units? These units have a venturi tube section (Bernoulli effect)that inducts in return air without an assistance of a fan. I am designing one and have a question on how to calculate the induction velocity versus the static pressure drop through the venturi tube?

Example: If my static pressure upstream of the tube is at 8"wg and downstream of the tube is 7"wg, the pressure differential creates a local vacuum and inducts air into a secondary opening. What would be the velocity of air as it enters the opening?

You are going to have to ask the mfg for a drawing of the nozzle to know this. I think the nozzles are proprietary and they are not likely to share.

sounds like manufacturer info as stated above.

They have different nozzles for different pressurs. From memory you can get 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 return air to primary air ratio, depending on the upstream pressure.
