Industrial campus - service entrances at separate buildings

My question is related to service entrances in an industrial environment. I have been handed a half completed job in which we have a campus of 5-6 buildings with various processes happening in each. We have a boiler building that gets power to several motors from an MCC building. Of course the boiler building needs lighting, outlets, and some miscellaneous power. I know this building should have a separate service entrance. I was going to put in a 480V panel, service entrance, to serve this building. However, this entrance won't kill power to all devices in the building (motors fed from MCC building). So, my thought was to still put in the service entrance so everything can be properly bonded. However, what to do, if anything, about the motors in this building being powered from an MCC located in a separate building? Would I be violating the NEC by doing this? Thanks!

Waross, No motor disconnects were installed - they apparently used the supervised industrial installation clause to not put in disconnects within line of sight of the motor. Of course, the motors can be locked out at the MCC but I don't think that is what you were thinking.

Let me add another twist I have uncovered, this building is also fed 120VAC from a separate building. The incoming 120VAC is fed from branch breakers in the MCC building. There is no disconnect for this 120V located at the building in question.

After further review, this is a supervised industrial installation and such a set-up is allowed by the NEC with appropriate labeling.
