Fast Orange hand cleaner?
Brake parts cleaner from the auto parts store?

Do you have a manufacturer and model number for the lubricant?

Yea we have talked to them and they have sent things that didnt clean it as well as we like.

Uncooperative solvents...

You might see what the competitors offer, if you haven't already. John Neale shows up often.

By the way, I wouldn't discount the Fast Orange, Gojo, or Goop mechanic's hand cleaners. You'll have to rinse, but it's worth a $5.00 shot.
