Information/input window placement

I often find that the measure display window is often buried under something or just generally in my way, I have the same annoyance with the dynamic X,Y,Z, coordinate input. Is there a way to "dock" these so they are always in the same place? I am on NX 1973

F4 will get rid of the dynamic X,Y,Z, coordinate input. I use it all the time. I am not certain if there is a way to move the measure display window. I feel your pain.
