Initial Stress Output?

Hi

I am trying to output initial stress values through batch script. Once i run it through GUI, i get one file with initial stress values whereas the moment i run same file through script, i get two files. one file.ist containing small number of initial stress values and the other FORT.44 containing major data of initial stress values.

It seems that there is some memory limitation. Can anyone give me tips as i need single file at the end of simulation through script.?
