Inline measurement of TiO coating thickness

A stripe of TiO coated on a polymer film has the dimension of about 5mm wide, 100 micrometer thick. Is there any instrument or method that can monitor the thickness (and/or) width of the TiO stripe continuously in a production line. Thanks for your help.

In the steel coating and painting business they use X-ray guages to measure paint films down to 5 micron, and also zinc coatings. The company I knopw of is RADIOMETRIE (try the web site below). Not sure if there are others,
