Hi there everybody

Can somebody please inform me if the rubber from inner tubes causes water that is in contact with it to become toxic for drinking, higiene or for agriculture irrigation?

Thanks!

As far as I can tell, any water stored in an innertube would be fine for irrigation purposes but I wouldn't want to drink it (unless I really had to!) You wouldn't have any real problems per se except there will be a strange taste to the water. And there is always the possibility of various nasties being leached out of the rubber by the water.

Not really sure what you're getting at, chocobanana, but if you were draining water out of inner tubes on ag equipment tires, there might be a calcium chloride content added for increased ballast.
