Innodyn tubine

Hello,

I have to choose a turbine for my project. Soemone has heard about the Innodyn turbine (Do you think the performances are realistic?

Sounds like its an easy project if all you have to do is choose a turbine!!!!!

Could be a contender for the shortest thesis of the year.

According to the website, their fuel burn (not verified) is 7USG per 100hp per hour. Their top engine is at 255hp and there test bird (RV4) has a fuel capacity of 32USG.
So you have a max (till fumes) flight time of 255/100 x 7 = 17.85USG per hour, so 32/17.85 =1.79Hours (or just over 1 and 3/4 hours).

Doesnt seem all that great.
