inp file with abaqus

I am a beginner with abaqus/cae 6.2. I have created my model save as a cae file. I would like to have now the inp file and then the py file with the python langage. is that possible? I mean is there an option with this software to translate all my model in a inp file? I hope I am understandable.

to make an inp file only when you create a job, choose option "data check" in a dialog form. after creating a job, submit it. abaqus cae will check your model and generate a inp only.

when a job is created in the job manager, you can choose the toolbar "Write Input" at you up right corner.
