While writing repair dispositions for composite aircraft for the most part I call out EA 9394 to fill in holes of various sizes that needed to be drilled out because of delamination's or whatever. This is considered a structural adhesive and does it's job well. I have been talking to a friend from another company and he tells me they use BMS5-92 for the same repairs with good results. Both of the aircraft we work on are carbon fiber.

I'm looking for input from others in the aerospace industry on these 2 compounds and would like to know if there are other maybe better options. Thanks for your time.

EA 9394 is the product name for for an adhesive made by Hysol (Henkel). BMS5-92 is a Boeing Material Spec. EA 9394 is qualified to BMS5-92, as are some other adhesives. You can generally use any qualified adhesive.
