Inquiry on the difference of Pole piece, T yoke and Wahser

Dear all!

Would somebody help me diiferentiate the Pole Piece, T Yoke and washer (all of them are headphone parts)? I know what the Pole piece is, but have no idea what the T yoke and Washer are? pls advise me
