Inroads ''Error writing to [directory path]'' URGENT

Hi, I'm looking for solution of problems with saving 'templates' & 'roadway' in Inroads (Bentley software). It appears without any reason and doesn't allow to save the job in the existing file or even to create a new one. If anyone knows how to sort it out please drop me a message, Many thanks.
