Hello, of all the many electric motor shops out there, I am hoping that someone can help me. We are in the process of changing our motor inspection/estimate sheets where I work. I am a motor mechanic/rewinder/machinist. Can anyone tell me a web site or location of where I can view samples of inspection/estimate sheets? I have worked in 2 motor shops and I am sure after viewing others, we could come up with a inspection/estimate form, thank you.

Suggestion: Check for
1. ANSI C50.41-1982 (or more recent) American National Standard for Polyphase Induction Motors for Power Generating Station
for "Performance Specification Form for Polyphase Squirrel-Cage Induction Motors"
2. IEEE Std 112-1984 (or more recent) "IEEE Standard Test Procedure for Polyphase Induction Motors and Generators"
for "Form A-1 Typical Report of Test Form for Routine Tests on Induction Motors"
