Inspection Interval of Ammonia Storage Tank

As per RBI analysis of our Ammonia storage tank, the inspection interval is 15 years ( EFMA Criteria was used to calculate the inspection interval). Now we have read somewhere that by carrying Fracture Mechanics analysis, the inspection interval can be extended by 10 years. Does anyone know about it and what is the relevant standard which allows this relaxation

You need to inspect for the first time as per RBI frequency. Subsequent inspection intervals could be extended based on that.
