Hi,
can anyone tell me how I would accurately inspect a round diaphragm that begins at the outer edge as a horizontal face, moves inwards, blends into a sine-wave form (3x pitches) blends into a horizontal, then blends into an angle and ends at a through hole.
The part is made of fabric and I need to inspect the blend radii, the wave form, angle and overall height.
The OD is 1", the ID is 3/4" so the detail is only within a "small washer".
The material is a fabric so any hard tooling or gages can move the part.

All input is appreciated.
Regards
