Inspection technique for non-piggable lines

Looking for any suggestion on advance NDE techniques for non-piggable buried pipelines apart from crawler and guided wave long range UT techniques...
(Guided wave not preferred due to its limitations)
Just wondering whether any other technique in industry which can check entire onshore pipeline (without major excavation) to obtain min wt rather than avg wt.

Have you run through your asset characteristics with deifferent pigging companies? You would be surprised what can be pigged nowadays. No pig launchers - no problem, companies can provide temporary launchers.

Go to several pigging companies and you'll find various solutions. Of course you'll need to raise the finance for it!
