Dear, who has a example of a inspection welding log book. I need one to make to extend my inspectin certificates for L.II when needed. A log book where I can noted down and see the inspections I made according ASME, DIN or etc. etc. Does this not exist?

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for a form to record your inspection experience hours as you accumulate time toward an ASNT Level II certification. If that is the case there is no specific form per se. You will need evidence of your experience hours. From my experience a simple listing of date, job number, and hours to inspect is all that is maintained. You will need to justify to the certifying agency and/or auditors that you have met the experience and training requirements. A simple listing as described above on sheets of paper would be sufficient.
