Installation Problem: Teamcenter 9.1 and Outlook 2010 Business Contact Manager already installed

Hi,

I am not able to install Teamcenter 9.1 with Outlook 2010 Business Contact Manager already installed.

I am using sql server 2008 R2 and only the database for outlook (MSSMLBIZ) appear in sql server management studio even if services of MSSQLSERVER is running.

So i am not able to connect to my database

I can't help but asking , but have you contacted Microsoft already. They also have good fora to address this type of problems?
