Instantiate reference "Screen", not "View"?

When I instantiate in an auxiliary view, the symbol is inserted with the angle of the auxiliary view. I want the instantiated symbol to be referenced to the Screen (Horizontal).

Is there a setting for this? I know there is a setting for dimensions in an auxiliary view (Set to view, screen, dimension line), but can't seem to find one for instantiated symbols.
