Insulataion of Busbars with FBE powder coating to UL 746 & 1446- OBJS2 system

Dear Peer's.

I am a layman on electrical topics.

My question is FBE powder used for Busbar has to be tested to UL standards. UL 746B and UL1446- Class B 130 deg C. if we have a powder tested to UL 746B- Class B 130 deg C tested is it necessary to have testing to UL 1446- Class B 130 deg C.

What does these two testing method indicate in terms of properties.

Appreciate an input.
