is it possible to mix different transformer oil? what would be the risk to the equipment in terms of cooling effect, dielectric strenght, temperature rise,etc as per ASTM evaluation?

lists the ASTM Standards used for testing transformer oil.
The mixed oil should probably still meet requirements.

As long as the oil base chemistries match you should be fine. Take a small sample and make sure that they mix OK and then check dielectric.
